1. APPLICATION OF THESE PROVISIONS
This Privacy Policy of the Website applies to the processing of personal data made via the functionalities of the website www.plcj.net (hereinafter the “Website”). It is not a substitute for PLCJ Ltd’s Customer and Prospects Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Firm”) and is not intended to supplement it. If you are already a client of the Firm or have already contacted the Firm as a prospect to obtain information about our services other than through the use of the Website’s features, the applicable privacy policy may be transmitted to you electronic or by mail on request.

4. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA :
Personal data that can be collected on the Website via the contact form are: your name, first name, email address and any information that you decide to voluntarily communicate to us in the free field.
The Firm uses this personal data to contact you and / or process your request. This collection is therefore mandatory to access the contact service offered on the Website.

- You exercise, under the conditions set out in point 7, one of the rights that are recognized by the regulations in force;

7. PREVENTIVE MEASURES FOR PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
It is reminded that the transmission of personal data online does not exclude the possibility of infringement or unlawful access to personal data. Nevertheless, and for the duration of the retention of the aforementioned personal data, the Firm sets up the organizational, software, legal, technical and physical means capable of ensuring the confidentiality and the security of your personal data, in order to prevent their damage, erasure or access by unauthorized third parties
8. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA :
8.1. Transfer to the Firm
Access to your personal data is strictly limited to the employees and employees of the Firm, who are authorized by reason of their duties and who are bound by a confidentiality obligation.
When sending your personal data to the Firm, these are collected in Mauritius, a third country to the European Union, in our premises, through our computer equipment. For your information, Mauritian law offers a legislative framework for the protection of personal data processing, such as France and the European Union.
However, Mauritius is not considered to have normative protection equivalent to the European regulation, as defined by the latter. For this reason, the Firm undertakes to respect the provisions of the European, French and Mauritian regulations on the processing of personal data.
By sending your data on the contact form, you must explicitly consent to the transfer of these in Mauritius
8.2. Transfer to subcontractors
The collected data may be communicated to subcontractors who are contractually responsible for performing the tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the Website (such as the Wix Site Host) or for good data management (such as the Deltek or Dropbox IT service provider), without you having to give a new authorization to each of the communications.
These subcontractors can collect and aggregate your data in third countries to the European Union (notably the United States of America, South Africa and Israel).
These countries may not have standard-setting protection equivalent to that of European regulations.
No guarantee instrument referred to in art. 46 of the GRDP has not been set up with its partners (standard clauses, binding company rules, codes of conduct, etc.). To send your personal data via the contact form, you must explicitly consent to the transfer of these data to the categories of subcontractors designated above.
The intervention of these subcontractors is indeed essential for the Firm to handle your request properly.
Despite the absence of equivalent normative protection in the countries receiving the data, subcontractors have only limited access to your data and have an obligation to use them in accordance with the European regulations in force. Subcontractors have access to your data in compliance with the purposes specified in point 4 of this Privacy Policy, excluding any other exploitation, including commercial.
Except as provided above, the Firm agrees not to sell, rent, assign, or give access to third parties to your data without your prior consent, unless you are compelled to do so for any legitimate reason. (legal obligation, fight against fraud or abuse, exercise of the rights of the defense, etc.). In the event that the website user is redirected to another website that is not operated by the Firm, or uses the services of third parties, this Privacy Policy will not apply.
9. YOUR RIGHTS :
In accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, you have the following rights:

- Exercise your right of access, to know the personal data that concern you;
- Request the update or rectification of your data, if these are inaccurate;
- Request the portability of your data;
- Request the deletion of your data;
- Request the limitation of the processing of your data;
