PLCJ is delighted to have accompanied Katapult Group Norway for the drafting of the legal documentation regarding the structuration of and investments in its first start-ups accelerator in Mauritius. Katapult Mauritius Accelerator, which will be hosted at Ferney Agri-Hub, is an impact accelerator program focusing on regenerative food -and agritech solutions for the African markets. IBL, MCB, CIEL and Currimjee are participating as lead investors in this wonderful project.
