Biographie

Mathilde  a effectué ses études de droit à l’Université Paris II-Assas. Elle est titulaire du Certificat d’Aptitude à la Profession d’Avocat (le CAPA), a suivi sa formation d’avocat à l’Ecole de Formation au Barreau de Paris (EFB). En 2013, elle a également prêté serment en qualité de Barrister-at-Law auprès du Barreau de Maurice. Depuis 2018, elle est qualifiée comme arbitre par le CMAP (Centre de Médiation et d’Arbitrage de Paris) et par le Centre d’Arbitrage et de Médiation de la MCCI de l’Ile Maurice (MARC).

Mathilde  a été collaboratrice du cabinet Cotty Vivant Marchisio & Lauzeral (Paris, France), collaboratrice du cabinet Bird & Bird (Paris, France) et est aujourd’hui associée-fondatrice du cabinet PLCJ, à l’Ile Maurice.

Mathilde a été chargée de cours à l’Université Paris II Assas et intervient désormais régulièrement en tant que chargée de cours à l’Institut d’études juridiques de Maurice (IJLS). Mathilde est également qualifiée comme Expert APM (Association pour le Progrès du Management).
